We are hiring for US and UK process:

The details of the process are:

1.      US Voice Process – It is a Technical process where in agent needs to provide customer service to the US customers. It is mix of customer service and sales.

The process is US, Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs.

•        Qualification Graduates/Undergraduates.

•        Candidate should have Excellent communication skills

•        Candidate should be flexible/Willing to work in US shifts/ Rotational Shifts.

•        Two ways Transport provided.

•        5 days working, 2 weekly offs, (rotational/split offs).

•        Rotational Shifts

Interview Rounds: JAM/HR – Voice screening – Operations- Language Verification Round

Package – 168,600 TGP + Incentives

Experience: 0-2 Years

2.      UK Voice Process – It is a Customer Support process where in agent needs to provide customer service to the UK customers.

The process is into UK Shifts, Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs.

•        Qualification Graduates/Undergraduates.

•        Candidate should have Excellent communication skills

•        Candidate should be flexible/Willing to work in UK shifts/ Rotational Shifts.

•        Two ways Transport provided.

•        5 days working, 2 weekly offs, (rotational/split offs).
