Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- To perform Outbound calls on the leads assigned and to follow up customer calls where necessary
- To answer calls and respond to emails
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonic and by email
- Research required information using available resources
- Required language proficiency (English & Hindi - any regional language is added advantage)
- Manage / resolve customer complaints & route calls to appropriate available resource
- Provide customers with product & service information
- Capture new customer information into system
- To update existing customer information
- To process applications as per laid down process
- To identify and escalate priority issues
- To document all call information as per laid down process
