  • We have an immediate opening for Customer Service Executive position in Hyderabad. 
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Shifts : 24/6 Desk Shifts Morning, Afternoon and Night 
Requirements: 
  • Graduate with proven working experience (1 - 2 Years) in providing help desk support
  • Proficiency in Hindi is Must ( Fluent in Speaking and reading ) English should be good
  • knowledge of help desk software (Good to have databases and remote control)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi. 
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts (Morning, Afternoon & Night shifts.) 
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • [Note: System and application training will be provided to all the candidates once they join.]
  • Salary:INR 1,25,000 - 2,75,000 P.A.
