Job Description
CSR Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generate customer satisfaction that develops into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customersRequirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Minimum 18 Years above
- Good Communication Skills
- Gross Salary - 8,087/- per month
- Cash In hand Salary - 7,031/- per month + Incentives
- Training Period – 45 Days
- Training Stipend – 4000/-

- 7 Am to 4 Pm (Only For Girls)
- 2Pm to 11Pm (Only For Boys)
