Roles & Responsibilities :

• To Manage clients and meeting or exceeding targets relating to revenue growth through New businesses,   up-sell and Cross-sell, customer retention and customer acquisition. 
• Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers.
• Processing and managing all mandatory details required in the CRM database.
• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular follow- ups and identify & obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
• Identifying requirements for new products & services, also to anticipate and potentially lead the market and report to a Senior Manager.
• Undertake regular individual self reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.
• Generating FTs from the provided Leads.
• Meeting the Calling Standards as well as Listening to customer requirements and thus, presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; attending team meetings and sharing best professional practice with colleagues.
• Integrity & Honesty: Every employee is responsible to maintain the confidentiality of all data, information, as well as Physical and Intellectual Property related to the organization in an effective manner.
