Experience:- 0-1 Year in customer support/handling experience/telesales/customer complaint

Job Location:- Jabalpur.
Job Responsibilities:-
• Handling Inbound calls from customers.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve the issues, and provide solutions.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain records of the calls with the customers and analyze the data.
Requirements :-
• Minimum Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles, Minimum 1year of experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Computer systems.
• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English & Hindi language
