Job Description
Roles & Responsiblities
- Handle the clients
- Receives Oral and written Complaints from customers
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems
- Take care of all e-mail traffic
- Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
- Provide price information
- Handle inquiries about deliveries
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Maintain customer database
- Follow company process accurately and efficiently
Skills Required
- Excellent communication written & verbal
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Experience in Instagram Query handling.
- Go-getter attitude
- Experience in customer/email support.
- Ability to engage prospects on the first call and keep them engaged.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods; should be able to discover prospects pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them.
- Passion for sales; successful candidates are self - driven , energetic , confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong judgement and decision making skills
