- Position:Customer Experience Executive
- Department:Operations
- Responsible to:Operations Manager
- A dynamic and fluent customer oriented professional who will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effectively communicate to Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using right tools/methods.
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Generate sales leads.
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Any Graduate with Good communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Customer orientation and ability to respond/adapt to different types of characters.
- Proven experience in customer relations and service would be a plus.
- Basic knowledge about computer and MS Office.
