- Have to answer calls from customers and answer their queries
- Must be customer centric
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Must be patient motivated towards work
- Ability to prioritize work and time management skill
- Data organization and management.
- Paying attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekly offs and exigencies arising out of business requirements.
- Working Days: 5 Days Working with rotational shifts
- Shift Timings: 24*7 Rotational Shift
- Pick Up / Drop facility available.
- FRESHER / EXPERIENCED
- GRADUATES/10+2
- BPO EXPERIENCE: 0 TO 1 YEAR
