Job Description
- Handling Customer queries regarding E-Commerce & provide them with excellent Customer service.
- Responsible for documenting every call with regards to the call log.
- Need to provide call backs if required, to assist the customer.
- Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult , escalated calls.
- Must be fluent in Bengali & Hindi language.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shift.(Up to 8Pm for girls and upto 1 AM for boys)
