Job Description
- Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online
- presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and
- Selling products and services as per customer needs.
- Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment
- Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary
- Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation
- Determine a course of action based on extremely complex issues in a time-pressured environment,
- often with only a portion of the information needed to fully analyze the issue
- Multi-task multiple issues between customers ranging over Windows and Linux platforms in
- Dedicated and Virtual Dedicated environments
- Strong knowledge of internet technology
- Advanced Server Management – Windows & Linux, Various Control Panels
- Advanced understanding of Wordpress development and troubleshooting techniques
- Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses
- and consumers is a strong plus
- Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call

- Candidate should have good knowledge about Computer
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Open to work in rotational shifts, according to business needs
