Overview

• We are looking for a motivated candidate that have a keen interest towards the customer happiness.

• The individual will work directly with the founder and CEO in developing strong customer relationship and provide excellent service.
  

Essential Duties

• Update the database on daily basis.
  
• Coordinate with the seniors to take daily to do list.
  
• Call users to verify their user account daily.
  
• Regularly interacting with the user to get feedback and build a positive relation with the users.
  
• Keeping updates about the ongoing activities with users under the guidance of the seniors.
  
• Effectively performing the ad-hoc tasks assign by the seniors.
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates those are available for full-time (in-office) internship at Kurla office
  
• Fresher’s with good English communication can also apply
  
• Serious & ambitious candidates with passion for customer service and wanting to make career in customer service industry should apply
  
• Are from Mumbai only
  
• Can preferably start the­ internship immediately.
