Managing large amounts of incoming calls Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
