Job Description
- Banking customer support through phone- Outbound voice process- Day shift with rotational weekly off-
- Out calling 100% base allocated
- RPC should be 85 and above
- Quality should be 90% and above
- Proficiency in vernacular language
- Ensure 8 hours of productive login hours
- Adhere to the shift timings
- Resolve/Forward the customer’s complaints/Concerns
- Assist less experienced CROs wherever necessary
- Capture 100% interaction details in CRM
