Location: Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)
Eligibility & Qualification:
* Mandatory Fluent in ENGLISH (Verbal & Written)
* Fresher's and Experience: Undergraduate or Graduate and Post Graduate any fields (most considered from commerce, banking, insurance and management background)
Salary:* Fresher: 15000 in hand /CTC is 17000
* Experience: a maximum hike of 15% (22000) in
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handling Queries and ComplaintVoice process:'Inbound'
* Shifts: Rotational
* Females: days shifts
* Timing: 8 am to 4 pm/9 am to 6 pm/12 pm to 9 pm
* Pick and drop service provided
* Male: days & Night shifts
* Days shifts timing remains the same
* Night shift timing: 4 pm to 12: 30 am/10 pm to 7 pm
* Pick & drop service provided
* Week off Rotational week off.
* 1 and 3 weeks ( 6 days working) weekends are not fixed.
* 2 and 4 weeks ( 5days working ) weekends are not fixed. Non -Voice:
* Solving queries and complaint by emails.
* Fix shift: 9:30 am to 6 pm
* Week off 1 and 3 weeks (6 days working) Sunday off
* 2 and 4 weeks (5 days working) Saturday & Sunday off
