Good understanding of Banking/ BFSI products & processes, Prior Experience in BFSI sector will be an added advantage
Job Role: On calls role(Inbound process)
Taking ownership of customer issues and follow ups to ensure resolution
Ability to provide right solutions to the customer as per customer requirements.
Self-Driven to achieve business goals and objectives
Language: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada,
Shifts: Rotational shifts, Rotational week offs, rotational Night shift for male staff.
No Night shifts for women staff
Salary :15K-20K, (if there are exceptionally good candidates, we are willing to go beyond 20K too)
Job Location : Juinagar
Transportation Facility is available upto Thane, Vashi and Juinagar Station.
Note: Immediate joiners are required.
