Job Description
The selected candidate will have to perform the following duties if selected:
- Handling inbound calls
- Educating customers about the product/service
- Good computer knowledge and internet
- Candidate should be good in communication skils
- Language skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
- It is a 5 working days company
- Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
- Graduate candidate will be given first preference
- Candidate should have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience working as a Customer care/customer service representative in a good call centre or with a BFSI company.
