  • Languages :- English, Hindi & Kannada, (Mandatory all 3 languages)
JD for Customer care Executive:
  • Educating the customers to use The Porter’s service following a prepared sales pitch to give information and value proposition of our service.
  • Day shift support to assign logistic vehicles to desired clients given their request.
  • Database entry and management .
  • Determine requirements by working with customers.
  • Resolves customer query / Complaints / problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problem.
  • Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
