Job Description:
  • Must have excellent spoken and written English with good grammar.
  • Should have good interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer savvy and have decent typing speed of 25+ WPM.
  • Experience in customer service (emails) and working experience with international customers would be an added advantage. Freshers also welcome!
  • Should be able to handle customer complaints via email, research on products, use CRM and other related tools to resolve queries.
  • Must be able to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and a quick learner.
  • Must understand that we are a startup and should be willing to work hard and grow with the company.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹120,000.00 to ₹240,000.00 /year
