Job Description
- We have an urgent opening for the profile of Customer Service Executive - Email support.
- Designation - Executive
- Location - Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
- Must have excellent spoken and written English with good grammar.
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Must be computer savvy and have decent typing speed of 25+ WPM.
- Experience in customer service (emails) and working experience with
international customers would be an added advantage. Freshers also
welcome!
- Should be able to handle customer complaints via email, research on
products, use CRM and other related tools to resolve queries.
- Must be able to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and a quick learner.
- Must understand that we are a startup and should be willing to work hard and grow with the company.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹120,000.00 to ₹240,000.00 /year
