- We have an urgent opening for the position CSD - Customer Support with one of leading Company for Mumbai location, please find below details:
- Designation: CSD - Customer Support
- Location: Mumbai (Borivali)
- Salary : upto 22k NTH
- Experience : min 2 years experience
- Query Resolution - To ensure resolution of operational queries raised by franchisees within stipulated TAT post coordination with inter dept incase reqd
- Coordination - Continuous coordination & follow ups Franchisee's on various Compliance, Process, Closure requirements
- Analysis of Queries - Analysis on frequent queries raised by franchisees for the team & initiative taken to eradicate such queries. Also educating the clients on the same.
- Feedback Analysis - Analyzing clients feedback received on Ops processes & soft wares to enhance & improve the same. For this coordination with HODs & IT Team
