RoleAs a Customer Relations Officer you will be responsible to solve queries, complaints of the customers. Help the customer to complete the profile.
Responsibilities
For the Customer Relations Officer the candidate will need to:
1. Calling out customers and helping them complete their profile
2. Help in resolving customer queries
3. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail, and online chat
4. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
Requirements
1. Min Qualification - HSC
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Passionate and self-driven
4. Strong integrity and work ethics
5. Well-versed with computers
6. Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing jobs will be an added advantage
7. Flexible with Shifts (for females its Day Shift)
Good to have
1. Fluency with general desktop productivity software
2. Fluency in Regional language
3. Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute
