Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Call customers and verify specified documents (Outbound Voice Process)
- Follow the guidelines and step-by-step process as instructed
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, guidelines and policies
Other aspects
- 9-hrs rotational shifts
- 6-days working | 1 Rotational week-off
- Candidate has to Work From Home
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English language
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office
Eligibility criteria
- Education should be minimum HSC / 12th pass OR above
- Age limit: 18 to 35 years
- Freshers can also apply
- Candidate should have their Aadhar Card with full Date Of Birth (i.e. DD/MM/YY) mentioned on it
- It will be mandatory for candidate to his / her own Laptop or PC in fair working condition or Android Smartphone with minimum 5.5 inches display and 3 GB RAM
