Job Description
An American online university is currently recruiting for customer support. If you are looking for a full time, a long-term job with stability and growth in an international company, we have opportunities at our Mysore office which is located centrally and is easily accessible.
We work only Day shifts: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM.
Responsibilities:
Reaching out and advising prospective students; assisting and clarifying the difficulties through the application process; selecting and explaining the best a solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution, all via emails only.
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s
degree
• Excellent English – write, read and speak
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Drive for results
• Action-oriented
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in customer support – an advantage
