Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Job Description Requirements: Very good communication skills- written as well as verbal. Preferably English& Hindi both.

Should be interested in B2C Products

Should be able to empathise with users.

Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.

Must enjoy playing games

Good computer skills are must

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding, solving and replying to the player's queries on email, PlayStore reviews, or any other medium.
Should become the voice of customer to the Product team
Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated aboutnew features released.
Communicating player's issues with the Product and Tech team regularly andclearly to get them resolved.
