Job Profile- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Job Profile:
- To handle basic level of customer queries related to online courses through Calls/Chat/E-Mail. (Blended Process)
- NON- Technical Profile
- Salary - 20K-28Kin hand(It's depends upon the interview performance) + Incentives + Meals + Cabs are provided only in Noida.
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation
- Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand and analyze problems
- Comfortable to work in Rotational shifts
- US -10:30pm to 8am- FIXED
- Experience with the Blended or Voice process will be welcome.
- Can join on Immediate basis
