Scope and Purpose
Scope and Purpose
- The job of a Customer Support Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns within the defined scope of support.
- The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
- Provide excellent customer service
- To consult the supervisor in regards to any escalations.
- Attend all briefing and de-briefing sessions.
- Continuous upgrade on Clients processes and policies
- 12th Pass / Under Graduate with good command over verbal English and Hindi
- Excellent Communication Skills with 0 – 1 year of experience in an in-bound call centre
