Job Description
1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
2. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
4. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
6. Generate Sales Leads
7. Take the extra mile to engage the customer
8. Telesales - Product / Services to B2C & B2B customers
9. Experience in customer support/telesales related to home appliances industry/property maintenance services would be given preference
