Job Description
- Handling Voice calls from India Customers.
- Solving Technical Queries of customers related to Pine Labs' Product.
- Registering complaints of customers using ( CRM ) applications.
- Interacting with the different department involved for the complaint resolution.
- Co-Ordination with escalation team for faster resolution.
- Providing technical troubleshooting to the customers.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts ( Operation 10Am to 10Pm )
- Qualification: 12th/UnderGrad/Graduate/Post Graduate
