Maintain the Customer’s Enquiry register/ instrument Entry Register (received for calibration).
Maintain the Complaint register like broken instruments/Corrections/Un-matching instruments etc.
Respond to Customer’s complaint/Enquiry regarding instrument within the same day.
It should be directly addressable to the customer or through Helpdesk as well as Customer Relationship Executive to Marketing Department.
Responding to e-mail and looking after telecommunication with clients & communication thereon with the person concerned in the lab.
Responsible for visual inspection of incoming instruments.
Generate the job cards based upon the Service Request Form in respect of customer’s challan and service reports from sites.
Cross verify the filled observation sheets for calibrated instruments at the site as per the calibration report.
The number of observations should be attached with service reports.
Coordinate with the engineers to complete given task within 03 days including calibration certificate making & checking in-house or at site & If the task is pending at any ends, talk to them & resolve the issue with the help of General Manager.
Ensure that from Job card making to certificate checking should be ready for billing within a specific time period i.e. 4 days only & maintain the instruments list for annual contract base customers for monthly billing purposes.
Ensure the calibrated instrument and their certificates should be delivered to the customer on time.
