Job Description
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
- suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers' complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution.
- Qualifications: - Freshers/10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills - English & Hindi
- Shift Timing - For Boys Evening Shift as 2 PM - 11 PM
- For Girls Morning Shift as 7 AM - 4 PM
- Job location- Wadgaon Sheri
- (Company will provide traveling allowance)
- The week off - Rotational week off. (No week off on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.);
- The company will not provide any pick and drop facility.
