  • Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Night Shift- US outbound sales Voice- process)
  • Timings - 9:30 pm to 6:30 am (No cab)
  • Qualification – Any qualification, should be 12th pass (fluent English communication is must)
Job Summary:
  • Fresher’s with good communication skills
  • Experience into International BPO: Outbound Sales, Lead Generations with 0- 1 year experience can also apply
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English (Written / Verbal).
Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible For Voice Support & Sales. (USA)
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: School & Graduation - Any Graduate.
Verbal and Written Skills:
  • Strong sales skills required
  • Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation
  • Good spoken as well as written Grammar
Behavioral Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem
