Job Description: Customer Support Executive

HGS is Hiring for Indigo

Job Role & Eligibility:

  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
  • Candidates from Travel background will be preferred.
  • Receive inbound calls for International & Domestic Air, Hotel, Train and Local booking enquiries from customers
  • Answer customer queries, as well as probe the customer to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
  • Assist customers with the Cancellation, Baggage allowance, Meal/Seat blocking, Booking status, Payment status, Involuntary Scheduled change and all other general enquiries pertaining to Air, Hotel, Train and Local bookings.
  • Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow up (Call and Email) with customers in case of pending / escalated issues.
  • Provide end-to-end support when it comes to Involuntary Flight Scheduled change.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience to each and every Customer who has called in.
  • Excellent Communication Skills is a mandate.

Shifts: Rotational Shifts(24/7) 6 days working, 1 day rotational week off
Transport: One way within 15KM radius of Viman Nagar (between 8 PM to 8 AM); No transport in day.
No leaves for initial 3 months 

CTC:  Upto 2.16 LPA + high Incentives

Benefits to employees :

  • Additional income can be earned through Incentive schemes; OT; SALES Incentive Growth Opportunities post successful completion of 09 months through IJP’s in various departments.
