Job Description
- The primary task is to handle calls / emails from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries either independently or by consulting with the technical team or the subject matter experts.
- He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time.
- Must discuss matters with supervisor or team leader to get any major issue sorted
- Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
- Should encourage users to use the various features of the product more regularly. For this has to understand the products of the company in detail.
- Should carry out various other professional services like any urgent administrative matters and procedures etc.
- Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues.
- Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
- Must have good knowledge of spoken and written English and preferably Hindi. Additional knowledge of local Indian languages is preferred.
- Any past experience in healthcare domain is a huge positive.
