Job Brief: We are looking for a customer service executive. The candidate must be comfortable making out bond calls as per given targets, generating interest,and closing sales.
Job Description:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner as per given targets
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Data entry
Requirements:
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Skills Required :
0-3 years of experience
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
