Customer Support Executive
Job Description
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
- suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- CTC RANGE – 13000 to 17500 CTC + Incentives (CTC will depend upon your performance in the interview and the kind of experience you have in the same profile)
- Males (Evening shift as 2 P.M TO 11 P.M. & Spilt Shift Morning 8A.M TO 12.30 P.M & Evening 5 P.M TO 9.30 P.M)
- Females (Morning shift as 7 A.M TO 4 P.M)
- NOTE : ROTATIONAL WEEK OFF. ( No week off on Friday, Saturday &
- Sunday.); Transportation facility not available from company side.
