Profile - Customer Support Executives: ( Full Time )
- Qualifications:- Min- 12th Pass, Graduate in any
discipline (BE, BTech’s previous to 2015 is fine, +2 can be considered if they
are having at-least 1 year of Work Experience)
- Work Exp:- 0-1 year.
- Good Communication skills in English, Hindi,
Marathi / Gujarati.
JD :-
- Attracts potential customers by answering
product and service questions.
- Suggesting information about other products
and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording
account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account
information.
- Resolves product or service problems by
clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Determining the cause of the problem.
- Selecting and explaining the best solution
to solve the problem.
- Expediting correction or adjustment.
- Following up to ensure resolution.
- Shift Timings: 7 A.M TO 4 P.M For ladies.
2 P.M TO 11 P.M For gents.
- Transportation not available from company side
- Location : Baner (Pune)
