- Extensive interaction with Clients to help them with MyAssets services and technology
- Customer Experience Executive will be the first point of contact with the existing and prospective
- clients of the company.
- Establishing and maintaining correspondence and communication with the potential customers and
- existing clients to address and solve their problems
- Coordinating with partners and vendors
- Responding to online and offline queries in co-ordination with Marketing Teams
- Soft skill: Good Communication Skill, Good Attitude and Supportive nature
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi
- Basic Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries
- Refined organizational and time management skills
- Good communication listening and written skills will be preferred
- Should be basic knowledge of MS Word / Excel
