Salary Range: 1.8 to 3LPA
Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Good knowledge of English and excellent communications skills is must.
Role: Work from Office.
Job description:
-Responsible for responding to general product-related customer service emails and chats.
-To provide excellent customer service and support through non-voice channels in order to address customer problems and grievances as quickly as possible.
-To offer and sustain a high level of service to all customers.
-To provide excellent service assistance and support through non-voice channels in a seamless and effective manner to resolve business challenges.
-Thoroughly educated and current in industry-specific technology, as well as the client's processes, applications/utilities, and goods.
-Maintain a high degree of competence, soft skills, and etiquette in email and chat.
-Report any concerns to the relevant team leaders.
Technical skills:
-Knowledge of how to use a computer device.
-Basic user familiarity with the operating system (booting and shutting down the computer) (windows 2000)
-Understanding of browsers (MS internet explorer)
-Performing all end-user services on the email system
-Comprehension the ability to comprehend the problem statement in its entirety.
-Written and verbal communication skills ability to express accurately and clearly in a 'friendly ambiance'
-Composition the ability to write sentences that are grammatically correct, succinct, and appropriate.
-Excellent command of email etiquette.
-Typing speed of 25 words per minute with a 90 percent accuracy
