Job Description
Excellent Communication Skills required for international voice calling process.
- 0- 2 years call centre experience.
- Fresher’s with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- 5 days working culture (Monday to Friday).
- Night Shift (6:30pm to 4:00 am).
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Handling inbound / outbound calls
2. Handling their queries
3. Handling stock
4. Maintaining excel sheet
5. Checking with the delivery boy
6. Handling calls, emails etc
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum Qualifications: -10th To Graduation.
• Fresher’s & Experience are welcome
