We are looking for a Call Centre Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
• Provides customer support by phone, email or instant message to consumers.
• Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries of products and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
• Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues.
• Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
Salary: 18,000 to - 35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
