PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling New Requests as they come in within the SLA abiding to all the process procedures.
Following up on the Appraisal report, license & invoice which was requested in a timely manner.
Reviewing the report received and uploading it in the right slots within the SLA following the validation procedures.
Keeping a timely check on emails and to facilitate proper interaction with the appraiser and branch/internal teams.
Record keeping & reporting.
Needs to Abide Company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduates or Diploma holders with minimum experience of 6 months and above in US calling.
Good written and oral communication skills. (English).

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

Ought to possess good communication skills in terms of grammar, vocabulary, speech &pronunciation.
Graduate or diploma holder.
Good interpersonal skills and Typing skills.
