Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling New Requests as they come in within the SLA abiding to all the process procedures.
- Following up on the Appraisal report, license & invoice which was requested in a timely manner.
- Reviewing the report received and uploading it in the right slots within the SLA following the validation procedures.
- Keeping a timely check on emails and to facilitate proper interaction with the appraiser and branch/internal teams.
- Record keeping & reporting.
- Needs to Abide Company policies.
- Graduates or Diploma holders with minimum experience of 6 months and above in US calling.
- Good written and oral communication skills. (English).
- Ought to possess good communication skills in terms of grammar, vocabulary, speech &pronunciation.
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- Good interpersonal skills and Typing skills.
