Job Summary:

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries via email/chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat to assist customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
  • Follow up to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM software.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
