✅ Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Identify and understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
✅ Data Entry & Documentation:
- Maintain customer records, call logs, and issue reports.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future improvements.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into CRM systems.
