Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Adam and Eve, located in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken), with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback in Hindi and English.
- Product Support: Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by providing high-quality support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Job Type:
- Full-time, Office-based role.
- In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience.
Work Hours:
- Monday to Saturday (Timings will be discussed during the interview).
