Key Responsibilities:
1. Voice Process Duties:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with patience and clarity.

Resolve issues in a single call where possible and ensure high First Call Resolution (FCR).

Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the database.

Transfer calls to appropriate departments or escalate complex issues to higher authorities if needed.

Follow call scripts when handling different topics and maintain call quality standards.
2. Semi-Voice Process Duties:

Manage customer interactions through non-voice channels such as email, live chat, and support tickets.

Provide written resolutions to customer issues while maintaining proper grammar and professional tone.

Respond promptly to queries and ensure that all communications meet quality benchmarks.

Log all customer interactions and issues accurately for future reference and follow-up.

Work with internal teams to resolve issues that require cross-functional collaboration.

Prioritize and manage multiple requests or queries at the same time without losing focus.
