We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests. Key Responsibilities
A. Customer Interaction & Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
B. Record Keeping & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Update CRM systems and internal databases accurately.

Prepare reports on customer queries, issues resolved, and follow-ups.
C. Problem-Solving & Escalation

Identify and resolve common customer issues independently.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.

D. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
