Position: EMI Collection Agent (Voice Process)Languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as EMI Collection Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting clients to inform them of overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely debt recovery.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Initiate legal proceedings if necessary.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls professionally.
Basic computer proficiency.
Previous experience in collections or customer service is a plus.
