-Timings-females 9am-8pm and males 9am-11pm(any 9 hour shift)
Eligibility:-
-Open to Male & Female candidates.
-Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
-Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities
-
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products or services.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively.

Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM or support ticketing systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams and coordinate for resolution.

Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer insights.

Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, or refunds.

Educate customers on company policies, procedures, and product features.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times.
