Job Description
Job Title: Renewal and Retention Executive – Motor & Health Insurance
Job Summary:
The Renewal and Retention Executive is responsible for managing the renewal
process of motor insurance policies, retaining customers and ensuring customer
satisfaction. The role involves proactive customer engagement, policy advising,
and handling queries to maximize policy renewals and minimize customer churn.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy Renewal Management:
- Track and manage upcoming motor insurance policy renewals.
- Contact policyholders before expiration to discuss renewal options.
- Provide quotes for renewals and process policy renewals efficiently.
2. Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure retention and renewal of policies.
- Address customer concerns and objections to prevent policy cancellations.
- Offer customized solutions and discounts (if applicable) to retain customers.
3. Customer Service & Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy terms, coverage, and pricing.
- Assist customers in understanding their policies and available benefits.
- Resolve complaints and escalations related to renewals and retention.
4. Cross-Selling & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional motor insurance products.
- Educate customers on value-added services and policy enhancements.
5. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update policyholder details.
- Generate reports on renewal rates, retention performance, and customer feedback.
6. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all renewals and retentions comply with regulatory requirements.
Process necessary documentation for policy renewals and amendments
