Position Overview:

A Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high satisfaction and efficient resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Customer Calls:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide information about products, services, or policies.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and patience while dealing with customer queries or complaints.

2. Issue Resolution & Customer Assistance:

  • Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Escalate complex queries to the relevant department if needed.
  • Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) to enhance customer experience.

3. Data Entry & Call Documentation:

  • Log customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM software.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions for process improvement.

4. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management:

  • Provide a positive and friendly customer experience in every interaction.
  • Ensure customer retention by offering proactive assistance and follow-ups.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest service improvements.

5. Adherence to Quality & Compliance Standards:

  • Follow company protocols, call scripts, and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, data protection policies, and confidentiality agreements.
